Closing Dates
- Published bi-monthly. Mail date is the first of the month of issue.
- Closing date is the 15th of the month prior to the month of issue. (For example, the November Issue closing date will be October 15th). Cancellations are not accepted after the closing date.
- Materials are due the 10th of the month preceding the month of issue.
- Ad material requiring additional preparation must be submitted with the insertion order at least one week prior to materials due date. Late ad changes cannot be guaranteed by SMASH and are subject to additional charges.

Cover Positions
Covers positions can be requested at an additional cost and on a first come-first serve basis.

25% discount given for 6 issue contract, billed annually.

Special Positions
Smash reserves the right to select the location of the ad. Guaranteed positions are available at a premium on a non-cancelable basis. Advertisements are accepted for preferred positions subject to color and other production requirements. Special positions may be requested on a non-guaranteed basis. Contact your sales rep should special placement be needed within.

Preferred Materials
Electronic files are required. Please submit the ad/file as an .EPS, .PSD, .TIF, .PDF. All art should be submitted at 200 dpi or higher (preferably 300 dpi). Should you not be able to submit in the afforementioned format, please feel free to contact us, we will help you get your ad to us.
